A(B)I2025: Coding our Future
In Germany, we have the tradition that when people do their Abitur, they make a custom piece of clothing (usually in the form of a T-Shirt or Hoodie) and a yearbook in honor of their graduation. When I graduated in 2025, I had the honor of designing the ‘Abi-Zeitung’ (the yearbook) and the ‘Abi-Hoodie’ together with a friend for our class. The moto was A(B)I: Coding our future.

Pottery Painting
As an artist, I find my joy in a variety of artistic hobbies, such as drawing, painting, writting and sewing. Through my friends, I discovered a new artistic hobby for myself that I came to enjoy quite a lot: pottery painting. My friends and I will go out, and I get to paint beautiful designs on a piece of pottery, made in our local pottery studio.
"Blue jellyfish" - Jellyfish are my favorite animals, because to me, they are the most extraordinary creatures in the deep blue sea. They move through the water with such grace, as tho they represent water itself.
"Exotic Hibiscus" - I painted it as a gift for my sister, since these are her favorite flowers. At that time, she was moving into her own place for the first time and it was only when she was gone that I realized that I had lost my most beloved roommate.
"There will always be beauty in death" - This prompt and the design are inspired by the spider lily, which symbolizes death, finality and the afterlife. My inspiration for this was heavily influenced by the game Silent Hill f.
